Here's how to get this card working. 1) Download and install the latest Renesas USB 3.0 drivers. 2) THEN install the card. 3) Connect the external hard drive to the first USB port **2.0**. 4) My Computer -> right click on drive -> Properties -> Hardware -> select Drive -> Properties -> General -> Change settings -> Policies -> "Improve performance" -> OK5) Start -> Programs -> Renesas Electronics - > Host Controller Utility -> Make sure "Disable USB 3.0 power management features" is NOT VERIFIED. 6) Safely eject the drive and then reconnect to the USB 3.0 port. This should allow the computer to connect at super speed. (I get about 100 MBps)
