After 3 months of use, the headphones developed minds of their own, with each earpiece functioning independently of the others. Both the laptop and the phone were compatible with the earpieces, thus they were able to play music. My phone detected two identically named bluetooth gadgets. Nevertheless, only one will play if both are synced to the same phone. I discovered on reddit that this corporation generally suffers from this issue, but no one remedy seems to fit all cases. Making tambourine noises and reverting to default settings made no difference. It was covered by the warranty, so I sent it back. It's too bad because those headphones are quite neat.
