I'm not very tech savvy so I looked through many reviews to find a laptop that fit my needs and this one fills the bill! The first laptop I ordered had an immediate problem with the spacebar. I contacted ASUS support and they gave me a case number which I then took to Revain customer support for a refund. After speaking to a rep two days later, I had my hands on a new laptop with no gaps. Everything works fine and I realized that the first laptop also had a screen color issue that the one I have now doesn't have. Very happy with the purchase, no complaints so far!
