I like that it helps me track all my risks in one place as well as help set budgets for each risk category so i can see where we are spending money versus saving.
It takes some getting used too but once you do this becomes very useful! The only downside is it's not really "social" if your looking at sharing with other employees/customers etc.. There isn't much interaction between users unless they're working together internally within silverbillrisk itself which could be more helpful when trying out new ideas. Tracking our business' current financial position including budgeting across multiple departments (e.g marketing & sales).
