If you are a 90 lb female disregard this review as this product may be right for you. BUT. The thing is obviously intended for short women. NOT MEN, the sizes given are very misleading. The width of this device (where the legs should be apart) is extremely small. To make matters worse, it shrinks to an even smaller width under the weight. I dare say anyone over 150 pounds will push it to the limit. For men it is absolutely useless. So I'm sending it back and asking for a refund.
