rough taste. Difficult to mix.
But I'm sure it's great when it comes to protein. My god, it tastes like mild belly and chalk. Worst powder ever. No chocolate tones. Just very rude. However, if you love the taste of BCAA mixed with calcium powder, this stuff is for you! Also remember that you can stir for a good 30 minutes to mix everything together. So it's sort of a post-workout/pre-sleep workout. So maybe my hands needed it?
