As you can see from the photo, Maya is calm. She is only 1 year 3 months old and a cheeky little Yorkie! She is tall and can jump like a mountain goat. We didn't want her to fall onto countertops and bark at the wind. We used beep mode a few times and then had to switch to vibrate mode. We only had to use the vibrate mode twice (on level 4) and now all we have to do is put a collar on her and she calms down almost immediately knowing what will happen if she misbehaves. We tried the vibration mode on ourselves first to see how it felt. It's not a bad feeling at all; it more or less just grabs her attention by scaring her. There is no pain. So yes it works.
