Soft but not made of cotton

I can't read the tag to be sure but the material feels like polyester, not cotton. It's not really clear in the photo but the cups have a thick, padded layer in addition to the removable cups. The elastic on the bottom has a rough, scratchy edge but the rest of the material is very soft. One of the few soft-cup bras I've purchased where the shoulder straps are neither way too short or way too long.
