This was what I was looking for. On and off switch, no remote control to lose. Lots of cables between bookshelves. I drilled holes in the back of the bookshelf and ran the wire through the back. I screwed on the headlights and I'm glad I did. Double sided tape doesn't work and I use it to hold the wires. Luckily there are many reversible plastic wire holders that work better, I just have to use them. I hope that removing the original tape will not be a problem. As for the light, I couldn't be happier.
