I like how easy it was for me, as an employee of our organization with no computer technical knowledge at all! It took minutes until i got everything set up correctly (i had some help from my co-worker) - so there's nothing negative about this product in regards tot he ease or time needed during setup process; only positive things can be said here are:- Easy access via web browser.- Simple design & user friendly interface makes setting options very simple even when you have never used such program before,- Ability quickly find answers by searching through FAQs available online which will give more confidence while working using your new system., The customer service has been outstanding since we first started seeing issues related specifically around invoices not showing properly/not updating due date field etc..
Customer support team always responds within few hours after sending request over email /trying again if already resolved issue but still without any feedback.
