Review on Applicant Insight by Brandon Hilton

It is easy to use, it has all of your information in one place, it's customizable, you can add notes for each applicant which helps me keep track of who I've interviewed with or not yet. You cannot delete applicants from reports after they have been submitted. This makes tracking down missing candidates very difficult. We are able to pull up any report we need at anytime. There isn't anything that I dislike about this product. If there was something that I could think of then I would definitely mention it but everything works well. The only thing I don't like is when you upload an application form it will sometimes show as pending even though the person filled out their info before submitting. So if someone submits an app without filling out every field than our system shows them as pending. I am solving my problem by being able to see.
