It is easy to use, it has all of your information in one place, it's customizable, you can add notes for each applicant which helps me keep track of who I've interviewed with or not yet. You cannot delete applicants from reports after they have been submitted. This makes tracking down missing candidates very difficult. We are able to pull up any report we need at anytime. The user friendly interface, quick response time for any questions I have about my profile or employment history is great! Not much to dislike so far but maybe more options would be nice? I love how it is easy to use, has great customer service with quick responses for any questions or concerns you may have! It also saves time by having all of your information in one place instead if searching through multiple sources like social media sites etc.. Nothing at this point but would be nice that they had more options available when looking up criminal records which can sometimes not show everything depending where someone was arrested from (ie- different states).
