I originally thought I would buy a meter, cable and load tester as they were all listed without specifying that the load tester was not included. After I expressed my opinion in the review, I was contacted by the seller. I explained the problem and they immediately updated the listing photos to clarify that the load tester was not included and offered to cover the cost of the load tester. So in the end it worked and the list has been updated to prevent others from making the same mistake, so I can't complain now. On the plus side, this is a very accurate gauge. It's not the most complete gauge as it's just a board sandwich with exposed components, but it's one of the best functional gauges I've used. Surprisingly within 2% of my Fluke meter, at least when it comes to voltage and current measurements. I haven't compared the resistance values as it's not easy to open the charger yourself, but based on the voltage and current measurements I'm betting the resistance is also close to the same tolerance. Very good product with excellent support!
