Easily adjustable! - my new rating

You can use the sliding plastic piece to put it around your child's neck and there is a soft plastic hook that makes it easy to put on and take off when needed. It fit my 3 month old baby perfectly when set on the lowest setting and it didn't bother him at all because it's so soft.
