I am very impressed that anyone in the world is still making cables that are robust, inexpensive and flexible. Not the usual hard plastic like the cables we've seen this century. Encourage or warn the buyer. These cables are HEAVY DUTY. They are double zip wire (one for each channel) and each wire is about 1/4 inch or larger in diameter. The cord itself is about 1/4" thick and 5/8" wide (that's more than what you'll find on a 10 amp power strip! The first thing that will strike you when you open the box is WOW those are some great cables! how flexible they will be once you take them out of the sealed plastic bag. I haven't bought an audio cable in the last 5 years that wasn't tough. And they've still been in freezing temperatures straight out of one UPS TRUCK!So beware: don't think too much that you will enjoy connecting them to your mobile phone, small portable MP3 player or portable CD drive, they simply put such devices to shame. But for that I have I bought them. They are almost too big to plug into my laptop. No plug but most of the cable. I've bought cheap cables from Radio Shack, Walmart, Bestbuy and Revain to name a few. They cost more , but they hold an L just long. They're perfect for walking around the living room, across the garage floor, or sling to the distant speakers. The loss. It's so impressive that I took the time to upload a picture for the perspective. It shows a cable connected to the audio port on my HP laptop.
