It's easy enough for our customers who are not tech savvy at all! They enjoy that it works well across platforms as some of them only use mobile apps or desktop computers while others may have both computer/laptop AND phone so they can access from anywhere using any device - no problem there either now? I think their ability to integrate this into several different websites also makes sense in terms what we do best; hosting & managing website properties etc which helps us keep everything centralized but able reach out via many channels too when needed.
