OMG this tool is amazing. We were about to sell our house, the owner in front of us replaced some tiles without even removing the grout from the tiles, we never really cared because we had a carpet and a lounger on it. Before inspecting the house, I panicked at how the floor looked. I googled and found this tool and I can tell you that this is grout on tiles (about 7 years of grout) and I was able to remove it all. Works best when the tiles are wet. I was surprised but the tile came out shiny, it didn't have the old grout on it anymore. It took some work and I kept working on it, but in the end it was perfect
