I am very impressed with this phone holder clip. I bought this specifically for boating in Tampa, Florida and have been testing it for about 3 months now. Summertime has plenty of occasional showers causing some pretty serious problems; This gadget can handle anything. I have an iPhone 8 with a small rubber case and have never had any problems with the phone detaching or the clamp coming loose. What really impressed me is that I stopped using the corner markers and just let the compress of the clamp do it, and even with a really hard hit this thing still didn't budge! I'm in a boat club so I always pick different boats, some have medals to attach and some have visors - thin plastic shields. This element is fully pressed against the visor and held in place thanks to the rubber. I told myself I should write a review because I'm so impressed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the screw holding the clamp is not as strong as I would like. It doesn't affect the functionality of the product in any way, but I think if something breaks after heavy use and a long time, it will probably be the first part of the screw. If you want it for recreation this is the buy. If you want to put it in the stroller then this is definitely a buy as this thing will never come loose.
