I like how easy it is to send emails, text messages or make phone calls using this service. You can easily customize what alerts matter most for each specific customer. There are no real downsides to having alerts set up through this platform as well. This software has saved me hours by being able to quickly contact my customers when something goes wrong. It allows me to be proactive instead of reactive which helps in building trust with my current client base. I like that it is easy to set up alerts and filters. It is very customizable and can be used for multiple different types of alerts. There are some things I would like to see changed, but nothing major. The price is also not the best, so if your looking for something cheap this isn't the service for you. This is a great service for those who want more control over their alerts. We use squid alerts for our security cameras. It allows us to easily monitor them all at once and customize what we see.
