Squid Alerts ensures that you never miss an alert or call from your clients. Alerts are sent to your team through our online form, email, phone call, or our API. Escalation chain defines who receives the alert, how the alert is sent, and how much time before contacting the next person on the team. On-call calendars allow you to configure primary and secondary on-call resources. Squid Alerts can automatically create the on-call schedule for your team or you can set up custom schedules.

Excellent all around solution that meets most needs

I like everything about this system, it's simple to use for anyone who knows how computers work and has little patience with tech support! It also is very easy to set up alerts so we know when our websites are having trouble keeping visitors coming in even during normal business hours (which helps us make sure there aren't any site issues). We're able to track website traffic using Google Analytics as well which works great together since they both report different things but can be combined at

Very Detailed Notifications That Help Keep Up With Customer Service

The alerts are very detailed, so I can tell exactly what went wrong without having to dig into it later. It's easy for me to keep up with all of my accounts at once. Sometimes when there is a lot going on in one area, I have trouble keeping up with everything. If you're looking for something simple like just getting notified about new charges being placed against any account, this isn't the right program for you. You need more advanced features than that if you want to be able to stay updated…

Great product! Helps keep staff safe from thefts

I like how easy it is to send emails, text messages or make phone calls using this service. You can easily customize what alerts matter most for each specific customer. There are no real downsides to having alerts set up through this platform as well. This software has saved me hours by being able to quickly contact my customers when something goes wrong. Easy-to Use Call Tracking Software That Can Be Customized

The alerts are easy to read, they're short but informative so I don't have to spend time reading them if it's not something important. They can be customized per account as well which is nice for us in our small business setting where we only need one person monitoring each client at once (no team members). It would also help with billing purposes of knowing what calls were made by whom when who was logged into their computer. There could definitely use some more options/features added such as…
