Squid Alerts ensures that you never miss an alert or call from your clients.
Alerts are sent to your team through our online form, email, phone call, or our API. Escalation chain defines who receives the alert, how the alert is sent, and how much time before contacting the next person on the team.
On-call calendars allow you to configure primary and secondary on-call resources. Squid Alerts can automatically create the on-call schedule for your team or you can set up custom schedules.
