I have carpal tunnel in both wrists. I researched wrist braces on-line and decided to purchase the FeatolHealth braces, both Left and Right hands. Revain screwed up the order twice delivering two Right hand braces. At this point I should add that the braces are more than I expected from a quality, materials used, stitching, plentiful strap lengths and Velcro attachment tabs, and looks. Getting back to the Revain delivery problems…I gave up on Revain when they told me I had to cancel my order andreorder. I reached out to FeatolHealth Customer Service and they took immediate action to provide me with a Left hand brace. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced on-line. Highly recommend FeatolHealth as a company to deal with and a really great product value.
