Our pup weighs about 33 pounds with a 26 inch chest. I followed the size chart and it fits perfectly! I specifically bought it for the fact that it has buckles instead of velcro which wear out easily and also because it is waterproof. All materials are very good for the price of the jacket! Cons - The strap that comes with the dog's legs is too tight and cannot be used. However, it seems that the jacket still lies without her! Shipping is slow as it comes from China!
