I'm a massage freak. I have tried many massagers (full body and target area) and I can safely say that this shoulder massager offers one of the best massages. My shoulder has been very tight lately and this has helped loosen the knots. I feel much calmer after just 5 minutes of use. I asked my boyfriend/friends/parents to give me a shoulder massage beforehand and although they all tried their best the technique just wasn't there. I'm usually still tight and sore after I've been helped. I just want to say that this gives a better shoulder massage than 90% of human massagers. Their instruction manual was pretty short, but I won't lie, I don't usually read them anyway. They gave us a good quality portable bag + wall charger + car charger. I wish there was a small side pocket for chargers. I'm a bit sad it's not wireless so we'll have to keep it connected. My dad said it's probably because they want the massager to be light. But I personally still found it quite difficult.
