Small size fits my 8 lb french bulldog puppy well. It's not so tight that I can barely put it on, but it's not baggy either. He wears these for at least a few months, depending on how fast he grows. It's quite long and covers his butt so he might have trouble wearing it as a number 2, but the bottom is short enough that he has no problem with number 1. He doesn't hate wearing it and the material is softer than I expected. There was an unpleasant smell of plastic, but after washing it went away. This would be the perfect look for a summer pool party! I want to find the right adult size!
