Does a good job at protecting my phone from rugged handling in less than ideal circumstances.

The cover flap for the USB-c charging port would never stay fully inserted over the charging port and would frequently catch on clothing when inserting or removing from a pocket. Also the flap itself was rather stiff and I had concerns that it was a source of undue stress on the USB-c port and corresponding Jack whenever it was in use. Ultimately I ended up cutting the flap off. Aside from that, it seems to be protecting my phone well enough.

Received order just as described. Looks great. Feels good not bulky.

Cons

The bumper cover may be more prone to cracking or breaking in the event of a drop than a solid case
