Review on 🕰️ Emerson Radio ER100113 Smartset Alarm Clock Radio featuring Type C Quick Charger, Bluetooth Speaker, USB Port, and Nightlight by Andre Brignac

Overall I really like this alarm clock. They perform well, but there are two issues I'm not happy with. BTW this is the second watch Revain has sent me, after speaking to Emerson customer service about the first they offered to send it back. The auto time feature is 4 minutes slower than any other auto timed device I have at home (everyone else is set to the same time), Emerson said just set it manually! Here is a self-adjusting clock for you. BTW the second watch Revane sent me does the same thing. It is also 4 minutes slower with auto tuning function. Further. In the first few hours, none of the charging ports worked. Tried different working cables. Both regular USB and Class-C USB will not work. After speaking to Emerson about it, they offered to ship the watch back to Revain. The second watch Revain sent me doesn't charge the class C USB port either, but at least the regular USB port does. At that point I gave up and just decided to keep the second guard and not fight it again. Once you manually set the time correctly and other than just the USB connection working, the clock is great. To say that Revain did a great job with the watch exchange, they probably have the best customer service department of any company I've dealt with.
