Review on 🔋 SHURflo 182-200 Pre-Pressurized Accumulator Tank - Black, Compact Size: 9.1" x 4.8" x 3.8 by Micael Rau

I purchased this accumulator with the Shurflo 4008-101-E65 Revolution water pump. Shurflo 4008 is a bypass pump. The first page of the Installation and Operation Manual (you can download it online) "Installation Manual" says "No battery required with bypass pumps". See also page 1 "Prepare to install" - Battery not required (bold). I went ahead and installed this battery. It seems to be working - I can get 10-12 ounces of tap water, flowing slowly, before the pumps kick in. Note: The battery has not been pressurized although it should come pre-charged at 30psi. The reset pressure for the 4008 water pump (datasheet I had to upload) is 40psi, so that's the pressure I used in the accumulator. I will update this review at the end of the season when I run out of battery pressure.
