Perfect for a Halloween costume!
I bought this skirt for my 10 year old daughter for Halloween and it fits her perfectly! She dressed up as Detective Nancy Drew so it went well with her stockings and penny loafers :) would have bought other colors! There is a zipper on the side so she could tuck her shirt in and still have room.
