Through trial and error, I found that this tabletop container just didn't live up to its promises. While it did provide some basic storage for chopped vegetables, it didn't feel sturdy enough to handle heavy use in an industrial and scientific kitchen setting.The lid was difficult to secure, and i frequently found myself struggling to keep MY ingredients contained. Overall I was disappointed by this product and would not recommend it..
