Worked well for my skin condition

No weird aftertaste or burp smell so great! Time of creation/maintenance of the natural barrier. They seem to have helped along with the omega-3 fatty acids, evening primrose oil, and red currant seed oils. I didn't see any effect on energy/weight loss but that's not why I took it. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. :)
