Buy from Vacuum Fix. These are aftermarket belts and not everyone sells the same item. Straps labeled "S3M-312" from Vacuum Fix fit well and seem to have the best reinforcement cord. Those marked "32-3312-07" are looser, vary in length and some are too long to slide, especially after 5 minutes of use and when the brushes stop spinning. I bought 4 belts from Vacuum Fix and they all work great. I bought 2 belts each from 2 other sellers and they were "32-3312-07". Two were loose but worked and two were too long and slipped off after 5 minutes of use. I think those who are weak but are working now will not live very long. When putting on a new belt, it's a good idea to disassemble the bearings, clean any accumulated dirt and hair, and re-lubricate. 3-in-1 oil or similar (or even a drop of engine oil). Failure to rotate the center bearing that the belt runs through can cause the belt to overheat and wear out prematurely. (My TurboCat is about 25 years old and doesn't have a model number on it, just "TurboCat Plus".)
