I was looking for a cheap but durable headset stand for my new desk, having previously used an adhesive hook on the side of my old desk would have. I also wanted something nice. This little boy was perfect for that purpose. It's metal, but the part the headset sits on is flexible so it doesn't dig into the headband padding. it cradles her beautifully. I have a fairly heavy HyperX Cloud II headset and this stand holds them perfectly. Nothing wobbles and the small rubber feet on the underside prevent slipping. It also looks great on my desk. The parts simply snap together, so no tools are required for assembly. Definitely recommend this stand to anyone looking for an inexpensive yet beautiful headset stand.
