Though the velvet (?) box is nice, I was appalled when I pulled it from the cardboard box that it is packaged in. Is that mildew? Cremains of someone else? An advertisement of how the storage box will look if one is not careful when transferring the cremains into the little urns? This product was bought as a gift (I know, weird) and I am going to have to try and tape it, lint roll it, shave it?, or something so that it doesn't look like it's already been used. Perhaps just throw the storage box away and give the little urns in their little bags. The little urns contained within are as described and will be perfect for their purpose.Buyer: The storage box is physically fine and will serve for storage. There are little indentions for the urns to sit safely for storage and/or travel. It is branded front and center with company logo if that matters to you for display or such.Seller: I am uncertain if the discoloration is mildew, mold, or creamains; in any case, and especially if it is cremains, your company may want to review it's area where the product is packaged for boxing up/shipping.Perhaps move the logo to the side or back. Make logo considerably smaller and place in a lower corner.
