Great support. - my new review
I have 2 pairs of these. One for my every day shoes and one for my work boots. I have very high arches and these give me the support I need to function and stay active. I dont even notice they are in my shoes anymore. I do however notice when they arent because my knees and back instantly start to hurt again.
