The juicer is well made and works well. However, he has a problem. The top of the mixer is 10-11 inches above the surface. This allows the juice and pulp to enter the cups 10-11 inches deeper. The included cups are only 4 to 5 inches tall. This causes 2 problems: 1) Juice falling from a 10" to 4" tall glass splatters all over the place making a mess. 2) The pulp falls to the same height. While most will fall into the pulp bowl, some will fall out and a block or two will fall straight into the juice bowl. I have to strain the juice again. I like the build quality but due to a design flaw I can't use it. I will reconfigure it. If the cups were taller I would happily keep and use them.
