Would not recommend

The black color finish chips off easily, the screws are cheaply made, twisted off and broke with a pilot hole.
There’s no way this product can be referred to as "heavy duty”.

Pros

I replaced the "gold" finish hardware with these. I think the black hardware modernized the look.

Cons

The zinc die cast material may not hold up well in outdoor or high moisture environments, potentially leading to rust or corrosion

These were perfect for our railing. However, there''s only one screw attaching them to the wall so the railing wiggles more than it should. This wouldn''t be an issue BUT. The screws will snap. We have a screw stuck in our wall without a head because it popped right off like the top of a dandelion.
