I like that it is easy to use for our organization in terms of booking rooms/events etc., It also has an app so we can access from anywhere with internet connection which makes things easier when traveling or away at conferences where there are no computers available (we have been able to book events using this while out of town).

The only thing about OOS as far as my experience goes was their support team could be better trained since sometimes they don't understand what you're asking them even though its very simple questions - but overall great software!! We were looking into other systems before deciding between oos vs another system because some people had said not enough features compared to others. But after trying both, i found most everything worked well together within each program allowing us flexibility if something did go wrong without having too many issues switching back over once fixed.
