Review on NERC Compliance Manager by Durioki Cordaro

There are many things about this program I like. One would be how easy it makes setting up new products/substation protection plans and submittals which helps us comply with rules and regulations quicker than other companies. My issues are mainly related to communication between customer service team members (specially when there's an issue), but they have been working hard at trying to improve these areas. Great product, highly recommended! It has made my life easier as a substation engineer by helping me set up requirements faster, while also managing all regulatory matters in one place. I like the easy navigation through the program, it helps with keeping track of what's going on, even if we're not physically at the same location. Sometimes, I feel like the system gets slow when too many people are using it. Also, sometimes when someone else is working with the computer, it will ask them to login so they don't have access to their own files. It's helpful to be able to use this app while traveling since it allows us to keep up with the status of projects.
