not quite sure if i just got a bad one but with severe irritation and pain on my lips after they were ok before use and no medical The reasons for this is the balm that caused it. I now have dark spots on my bottom lip and they hurt. In addition, this balm is nowhere near as good as the reviews suggest. I had to reapply it after 30 minutes as the balm just disappeared from my mouth and I didn't even eat, drink or wipe it off. Seriously, buy something else even if it's cheap. Edit: In the last few days the cracked dryness has turned into a rash, swelling on the upper lip and extreme dryness at the corners of the mouth. I used to be fine, but now I look terrible.
