These sheets aren't the softest, even after washing, which was a bit disappointing, but we decided to try them for one night anyway. We are so glad we did! We both slept so well that night! Neither of us woke up because we were hot. I am 8 months pregnant and I always wake up very hot at night. When I get up, I usually feel the warmth emanating from the bed I was lying on. My husband sweats a lot and is always very warm when he sleeps. These sheets keep us cool and seem to regulate the temperature very well. The bed we lay on was no longer sweaty or warm. We both sleep much more comfortably and don't wake up multiple times during the night. I wish I had found these leaves many years ago!
