Does what it should!
A simple solution to an expensive problem! Installation is precise (make sure you mark the location of your gears with a marker) and straightforward. I had to order another one because my wiring harness came loose while testing the gears and thus roasting the encoder, but it's on me! Time will tell how long this part will last or if it starts to 4WD from time to time as has been the case with stocks, but so far so good!
