I bought this foxwell scanner for 997.1 to clear oil service lights after an oil change. It connected to the machine fairly easily, but when I then ran a diagnostic scan and tried to remove the warnings, it didn't work at all. I have followed the instructions that came with the scanner and also searched the internet for more information but have not been able to get this product to work. I've also tried contacting Foxwell Technical Support, but after several attempts I haven't received a response. I would have sent it back but I already threw the box away so I now have a $180 paperweight. I later bought an iCarsoft POR-II scanner and it works exactly as advertised - buy it!
