I have bought many USB hubs in my time. They all do pretty much the same thing. However, this one actually had one feature that I found very useful: an individual on/off button for each port. I've used USB hubs to connect my mouse/keyboard to my laptop at home and at work. However, I have found that one of my RGB mice still lights up even when I unplug the hub from my laptop. The weird thing is that even if I unplug the hub, it's still on. So every time I had to unplug/replug the mouse from the hub and the hub from the laptop (which goes against the comfort aspects). With this hub, I can just unplug the hub from my laptop and press the button next to the port my mouse is plugged into!
