It's okay. Because the Wrangler JK's license plate is off-center, the wire had to be cut to remove the "lead lines" from the image. Also, when I first installed the camera, there was a lot of distortion or electrical noise on the screen. I originally gave a 2 star review because of these concerns, but the seller contacted me and said I needed to cut the green wire for NTSC/PAL mode. After that, most distortions disappeared. I have attached two pictures; before and after cutting the green wire. The colors don't really match the real ones; the brown elements appear purple, but the image is good enough to see obstacles. The seller commented that the colors are more natural if I tape the IR lenses, but this interferes with night vision. As several other buyers have described, it is necessary to cut off some of the plastic on the license plate frame in order to install this camera on the JK. Reasonably priced and the seller responded promptly to my concerns. Update: The seller determined my noisy images were being caused by a faulty camera and/or wiring and sent a replacement. They responded very well to my concerns and I am upgrading them to 5 stars. I haven't installed a backup camera yet, but their patient efforts and willingness to swap out the camera to solve the electrical noise issue deserves 5 stars. Please note that the JK license plate will get dirty and you will need to clean this camera frequently when driving on wet or snowy roads. If I had to do it again I might mount a hard top camera over the spare instead to see if it stays a little cleaner.
