These rubber cleats for traction with shoes and boots are great for clearing your driveway or gritting the path, but not quite for running. I bought the right size for each person. I put them on my running shoes and found them difficult to walk on. I walk in the woods and bushes, roots and branches EASILY detach from the handles. I had to keep stopping and putting them on because they kept clinging to bushes, tree roots, etc. I recommend them on chilly days when you're going to the grocery store or shoveling your driveway, salting your driveway, or walking your dog. but I gotta give the thumbs down for the slump. Maybe it was my running shoes, but I've tried them on different types of running shoes and still had the same problem. They slip and get caught up in the smallest of things.
