is good so I ordered medium and was large-x-large at the time (depending on brand) but have since lost about 40lbs and am now medium. That being said I ordered a different material just because the one I have is a little stretchy but it helps shape the body. I had man boobs and a beer belly and my doctor told me I needed breast surgery to go back to normal. Obviously she was wrong. I wore it every day under my work clothes and also bought a compression brace for training. I've consistently only given myself a break on the weekends when I was lounging around the house. I'm now a 32 waist with no love handles, small stomach (just started doing more abs) and almost normal chest. This product has helped me so much that it has given me confidence and has really helped my body transform itself.
