This can be bought cheaply in other combo deals around Revain for the same price, they usually come with patch kits or chain tools. The multi-tool itself is cheaply built, the levers unscrew with a bit of wobbling, an Allen key and screwdriver complete after two repairs, and the multi-tool itself is surprisingly bulky. If you want to buy this tool, take it as a kit. If you want something durable, buy from a reputable company like Parktool or Crank Brothers.
