I wanted a lock that would look good, function well, be easy to install and maintain, and effectively lock the door of my school-bus-turned-home without any hassle. I have three little kids and I wanted them to be able to pull the door shut and have it lock just like any house they've ever lived in.This does that and does it well!The product is very complete, containing every single piece that I needed without any exception. It was incredibly easy to install, and it runs on either 110VAC or 12VDC, perfect for my 12VDC bus. Since we're on batteries this thing is totally perfect because it only draws 1/4 amp yet holds the door closed with 600lbs of force!I've added an additional relay so that the magnetic lock will unlock when the air door is activated (when the bus is running).All in all this has been a great investment and we are very happy with our purchase!
