The watch was missing a cap to protect the power supply. Without it, sweat gets into the watch. The setup is complicated. Looks for software bugs. The option to turn off the auto lock feature doesn't work. While installation gives you the option to choose from a variety of watch faces, only a few of them can actually be downloaded. A friend came to me to help me set it up. I bought the watch on his recommendation and he was unable to help me with the above issues. I actually returned the watch and got another one, but the second one had the same issues. I'm returning the second one and will look into another company, probably Garmin.
