I bought this product because I thought the projector wouldn't get that hot. As it turned out, after about a year, the heat from the LEDs caused brown spots on the panel. It's a piece of junk. Then the baseboard broke. Another issue is that it doesn't have a zoom-in or zoom-out feature, making it poorly focused and blurry in the corners. Did I say it's a piece of junk? That. The product cannot be disassembled to see if the brown stain can be washed off with alcohol. The product is a piece of "Made in China" junk and you cannot repair it even if you wanted to. Choose projectors with replaceable lightbulbs and access to the interior for cleaning and/or repairs. Judging by the photo, it's a waste of money. Last updated June 2021 I have claimed the warranty and the seller has confirmed that I am eligible for the repair. I sent it and you received it on May 3, 2021. After a month I have contacted the seller TWICE with no response! I sent a third email and contacted Revane about the lack of communication. I got my money back but I still lost $30 shipping to the repair site. Revain has excellent customer service but the seller lacks integrity. Nowadays, a lot of junk comes out of China with very poor quality control. Goods from China are on my BLACKLIST forever!
